After all the recent pageant dramas about body size, checkered pasts and politics, the last girl left standing without a scandal spoke about her role as Thailand’s final representative in Miss Universe 2015.
Pimbongkod ‘Ellie’ Chankaew, 20-year-old beauty of Thai-American descendant, gave an official interview to Miss Universe committee in a video released Monday as she positively describes Thailand as “temples and monks everywhere.”
Ellie then talking about her long legs seems a let-down compared to Miss Britian’s milkmaid past and Miss Guyana’s lecture on her country’s demographic.
“Muay Thai is really tiring, but I love it! My trainer always teases me about how tall I am, and how long my legs are,” Ellie said.
The 63rd Miss Universe pageant will be held Jan. 25 in Miami.
